Boost gauge and boost adjuster valve

    Gday all.
I'm about to put a dts turbo kit on gq td42.
Can i run a boost gauge and boost adjuster tee on the same actuator hose?
Or should i run the gauge off crossover pipe and boost tee off waste gate actuator hose?
    Any advice appreciated.
    Cheers!

I ensure the boost as close them the intake as possible so I drilled and tapped into the inlet bracket.

If your in the market for a boost controller I have a genuine Tuebosmart manual boost controller that I fitted to the GU for 1 week when I fitted the new turbo. The Dyno Tuner removed it and tuned via my actuator. If your keen I'd happily sell cheaper than I bought.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Give Mudski a yell he does fantastic Dawes and needle valve kits that allows you to control spool up rate and max boost is how ever high you dare to go

Definitely worth having a look. I have one on my GU and transformed it

Currently own a ZD30 2000 GU patrol with a dead injector pump about to start a build on a TD42 motor to go in the car and basically rebuild the whole car into a machine of a rig

Yeah DieselTec did the time on mine after I fitted the BorgWarner Turbo and used the Actuator adjustment to set my Boost and removed my Tuebosmart controller. Seemed strange to me but the new setup had a big adjustable Actuator so he used that.

Did he fit a Turbosmart unit?
