The D-max is a great ute . I have a new Colorado with the duramax engine and love it . A great daily driver but i would never get rid of the Td42 GU lol.

Nothing wrong with a Gay Max Krisso. I sold mine to buy a GU....

I heard that the "Duramax" engine they use is nothing but a Chinese version of the real deal.

You getting a canopy for the DMax bud? Mine had the hard lid when I bought it and it was a big pain in the arse. So a nice canopy went on and sold the lid for $300.

Plenty canvas ones around and 90% of times it will be just the ute with no cover. The canvas will only go on when traveling /camping to keep rain and dust out . The other bonus it will pack away easily where something solid will need its own bloody garage to store....sorry Toddie, you not going to sell me one...lol

Ah so a flat canvas cover? I was thinking like a frame mounted on the tub and a canvas cover around that. Like to you see on old Tojo utes....
