My name is Theuns, me & my wife farm in the Eastern Transvaal area.
In South africa Patrols are not as common as the LC, why i am not sure.
I bought my first MQ patrol pick up 2 years ago, with the original L28. Replaced it with the LD28. Bit slow, but diesel is always better. will turbo it later this year. The pick up works hard everywhere i take it, and has never let me down. Last year we did a 6000km tour trough Swaziland, Mozamique and the Northern Cape, without a hick up! not bad for a car as old as i am!
Bought a GQ 4.2 td n/a pick up for the wife...its a monster!
