Removing spray paint from alloy rack
I picked up a very cheap rhino rack a while ago and the previous owner black spray painted the back of it for some reason.
What's the best way to remove the paint from alloy?
A very light sand?

Acetone. Or paint it whatever colour you want. Even a high pressure washer might get it off too.

The best and quickest way, fine grit sand blast.
Or paint remover..
Or if your that keen, sand paper..

A round wire brush on the end of a drill would clean off the paint, polish the aluminium and bring it up like new.

Maybe a finger power file wouldn't take very long
and will look neat to boot
