    Yes and no , you could remove and clean the intercooler and the intake,removing the butterfly at the same time.
    What year and motor do you have. If you still have the OE IC chances are it may be oily therefore leaking.

    At least remove and clean intake pipework and intercooler. Whilst thats off you can have a look inside the manifold and turbo.
