    GQ/GU differentials

Hi guys can anyone tell me if the differentials in a GQ are similar to the ones in a GU and can they be swapped over without problems ie.same axle splines etc.etc.

There are 2 different rear diff sizes, H260 and H233B, the centres can be swapped as long as they come from the same diff size.

This thread might shed more light. http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...266b-and-h260b

I am pretty sure that axles and cvs are not interchangeable from gq to gu.
In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.

I have a GU 4.3 diff in my Q. All I had to do was swap the drive flanges.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.
