when I drink, I eat ... when I drink, I smoke ... when I drink, I do no exercise ... I'm sure there's a trend in there somewhere, but I'm just not seeing it!! lmfao
p.s. To really torture myself, I'm off the smokes as well !!!! No joke ... Pack a day to nothing - kids are going to love "cranky dad" in about three days time when the hyperglycemia joins the nicotine withdrawals!!!! LOL

That is a very big deal! I did the same thing about 10 years ago from 40 odd a day to zero. Day three saw me whack on a patch and i never looked back. Go the patches for the best possible result. Dont worry about the cost....it is less than half what you have been paying for the smokes.
Good Luck
I now run double diff locks and a Turbo and am paying a mortgage well and truly after giving up those leaching things.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
