What a top idea, Scotty. Congrats to Western Patrol Club for accepting our challenge.
I started getting healthy from 24 March. Since then, I've lost 6kg. I'm happy to donate 50c per kg, - back dating from then. I've still got about 15kg to go.
I've found that I'm 'lightest' before breakfast but after my morning constitutional. lol
I'm excited. It's definately put the pressure on. lol
If you haven't exercised for a while or are unfit, I strongly recommend you see your doctor before taking the challenge.
Take care out there.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
WARNING: Towballs used for recoveries can, and do kill people and damage property.

Yep, i went to the Hospital this morning with the wife for her 36 week check up and silly me was on the phone in the waiting room and casually stepped up on the digital scales (Hospital Calibrated Scales) and promptly stepped off again. I am officially the heaviest i have ever been in my life and 30kgs over my wedding day!! Damn it!
I'm game.
