ZD30 Alternator trouble shooting procedure.

Chasing the workshop manual on electrical for 2013 GU patrol. ( i dont have enough post to download and I dont want to post meaningless post just to get my 25 to be able to download)

2013 ZD30 manual.

Alternator output is down when a load is applied.

used to run 13.8-14V all the time regardless of load.

now with aircon on it runs 13.5v. aircon and head lights takes it down to 13.2v

Aircon and high beam drops that to 12.9v.

Alt-s fuse is not blown.

clamp meter on alternator output and it does not put out more than 25amps total.

aside from pullying from vehicle and having it bench tested - is there anything I can do to trouble shoot on the vehicle.
