Ok
I decided to fab up my own dump pipe to save paying professional prices and it worked out pretty well in the end. Only thing i would do differently next time is to put a flex joint in the waste gate dump as it was very hard to get all the angles right and its a bit of a pain to fit in the car being one fixed piece.

This is more or less as it sits right now. Its been a costly exercise but the result is awesome. it made 160rwkw on 12psi through the auto, It makes plently of torque and is a blast to drive. Off road especially in low 4 its a beast and will 4 wheel drift if pushed. I am now moving on to stage 2 of this build, which is going to be efi with a long range tank and intercooled. The next few months will be hard work as the list of things needed is growing by the day. I scored myself a nice steel long range tank (145 odd litre) and a haltech sprint 500 in the last few days. I also plan to fit ac while its all in bits again.
My biggest gripe with it currently is my off road range. Honestly i thought 100 litres of lpg would be ok but its really not. I constantly worry about running out of gas as soon as the needle dips below half and its really thirsty off road. I have proven to myself that its a good combination (tb42 turbo), now i just have to perfect it.
Turbo is a garrett gt3582r with a .62 rear housing and its the perfect match for the tb42. Makes boost early and has heaps of mid range power. I did get a patrol docta snorkle also as its got to be the best option for an air fiter on a gq that there is.
Ill update this as i go but it wont be a quick swap over. Im planning to get a custom fuel rail and running xr6t injectors. intank walbro pump and a falcon coil pack ect. I am pretty ocd with my builds and will be doing all the wiring myself so it takes a lot of planning and time to get right.

Very generous offer but its the 1.5 inch waste gate pipe that causes me a few dramas each time its going back together. Cheers

As it is there is no intercooler. The next stage will have a front mount setup. It will have to be a thin (50mm) one though to allow some space for the ac and keep the grill.
