Dakar 2017
Sad to hear the 2016 Dakar bike winner Toby Price has crashed his KTM on the 4th stage of the race breaking his leg. Hope he makes a full recovery. 26 of the bikes have withdrawn so far. Has been a few withdrawals in the cars as well including Carlos Sainz after a rollover on the same stage.

Bugger. Toby Price is a quality rider. Hopefully the break isnt to bad and recovery is quick so he can have another crack next year.

A definate shame. I am sure he will be there again next year, and I dont think last year will be his only Dakar win.

Stage 6 was cancelled due to heavy rain making the track impassable as one of the trucks found out the hard way.
