Whatever you choose to call them, I've discovered mine at the rear are bent and I'm looking at replacing them with ones from superior engineering. I've also noticed this at the chassis end

Looks like they have been strengthened, is this a factory thing or have they been upgraded since?
Also this stop or bumper seems to do SFA.

They are standard arms mate.
The little "stopper" is like a vibration damper to reduce road noise transmitted into the chassis.
