    Gu 4 flares fitment

Hey guys just bout some nice gu 4 flares to fit to my 2004 gu coil cab. After pulling the old flares off and reading some forums have now realised that I would really need to convert the front end for the flares to work. Before I go to this extreme has anyone modified the older gu guard's for the gu 4 flares to fit? I am pretty hands on so would like if some people had some input, or have tackled this project before cheers guys and merry xmas

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Yeah the front ones do but the rear say 4 holes don't so I'm tipping a drill and some 10mm bolts may be the go

Yeah ok, I'd expect at least that as they are a completely different line but I thought you were talking about the guard profile or trimming required. Certainly the holes don't line up but that's a no big deal.

    Pics or it didn't happen.
