Has anyone got a GU wagon near Kelvin Grove, Brisbane?
Guys,
I'm looking to do a 3D scan of the cargo bay of a GU to help some CAD work I'm doing to develop an idea regarding the building of a better box and a better storage frame for those boxes.
Am now chasing access to a vehicle (since I'm in Cairns and my CAD expert is in Brisbane) to do a 3D scan on.
Need something that isn't currently fitted out with drawers if at all possible.
Can arrange time to suit, and I'm told it should take about 30 mins. Can probably even get the scan guys to come to you.
PM me if this might be at all possible.
Cheers
Ben

I'm about 45 mins up the road from there and am home most days if that suits. I have a 2001 Ti with no drawers and rear seats removed..

Thanks guys,
The main reason for the scan is so I can try and settle on a dimension that will potentially fit multiple similar sized vehicles. I'm also trying hard to make the final product look as OEM as possible, possibly with a combination of anodizing and a plastic textured finish to match.
