Hi all.

Missing in Action
Thought this might interest a few members. A real-time worldwide lightning tracker. Can also be downloaded as an app. Has a sound (click) that goes off in some browsers for every lightning strike as well as a expanding ring from the strike site representing the sound wave created by thunder. Works using VLF (Very Low Frequency) radio receivers around the world.
Interesting to see storm activity in other parts of the world. The link below should center on Australia.

Legendary
Hope their radar works better than their temp measuring stations , Albany has the distinction of having the hottest ever recorded day in oz .

They are all Doppler Radar so give wind as well which makes them a better resource than the older jobbies at Albany, Esperance and Gerro
