Hello and welcome to the forum. The RD and TD use different gearboxes. I think the engine mounts are different, but don't quote me on that.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Thanx, Been using it for years but first time have had to start a thread .... been able to find nearly everything I need already discussed!

I have gathered that the right side mounts have to be changed

Also i forgot to mention .... I have the TD42 gearbox with the engine.

Hi, have actually finally hauled it 400kms down from Perth to home and finally project is starting.....

It has fairly widespread surface rust on chassis and diffs etc underneath ... none is deep though ... looks to me like its been used in salt and left sitting ..... obviously that is one of the first things i want to attend to ..... was wondering if i should be removing body(how much extra work is this if i am already removing the old engine?..... would make fitting new running gear really easy also!) so i can clean up and treat/paint properly, as i am planning this to be a lifetime project/ build and personal vehicle, so dont want cancer to be an future issue.

... would this be the best thing to do ...... how would I lift the body without damaging it?
