Alt hassel
Hi team my alt according to my multi meter is putting 16.3 volt to my number 1 battery (unhooked number 2 )
Alt light is on so i assumed it needs replacing so out she came. Now i beleive there are 4 or 5 diff ones in the 2001 zd30 tdi di which is bloody stupid. there was a number printed on the side which i read as ANJ061 15-16 now my net searches only find the ANJ061 without the 15-16 which i believe is a 90 but i am not sure so if u can help please view the pics and advise

The master farter
Looks like its over charging. I think around 14.8v is the max they should be putting out....Voltage regulator is stuff by the looks of it. Hopefully one of the more knowledgeable members will see this thread and say for sure.

I am he, fear me
What's the question?
The ANJ isn't the original Hitachi but an equivalent for the 60 and 90 A/H.
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Are you sure your meter is set to DC volts not AC volts?
