Y61 4.8 Fuse box engine bay.
Hi all,
I just bought a y61 4.8 at an auction. Its pretty well butchered by the last owner (Government / Ministry) Engine wise. Body an Suspension is in good order. Interior looks like something was living it it for a few years.
I will be doing a LQ4 with 4L65E conversion in it.
The Engine was used for parts and they took out all the fuses and relays.
Does any one with a 4.8 have a picture of the engine bay fues box, so I can see what goes where?
Also are the relays universal across the nissan platform?
Thanks

Hi Mate,
I have recently obtained a vehicle with this fuse box under the hood. From another post I learned I have to replace a 10 amp fuse in here, but I have not been able to remove the lid without breaking the flimsy plastic, any clues as to releasing the catch holding it on would be appreciated.

stick a flat bladed screw driver in where the clip is, twist the screwdriver and pull the lid at the same time.
