Aftermarket RD28 head gasket

So pending head arriving this Friday about to start project GQ,however my vrs gasket kit rocked up today and I'm a bit concerned with the head gasket. Primarily because both head gaskets I've had my grubby mitts on prior were modular 3 part ones and this one appears to be a thick one piece

the supplier assures me it is between 1.5-1.6mm (I trust them as far as I can chuck them and their gasket so I'll be verifying with a micrometer at work tomorrow)

Has anyone else had experience with these single piece gaskets? Sould I be binning it and ordering another?
