Patrol God
On one trip I took a photo of the road ahead [straight] and when it was developed
low and behold there was an Emu running across the road. Ill have to dig it out for you.
Ive seen Donkeys, brumbies, dingoes, tortoise, snakes, lizards, owls, eagles, cockies,
corellas, galahs,Koalas, Kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, thorny devils, Kookaburras, all from the 4x4
I dont think there is one native Aust animal I've not seen in the wild, I love this country to bits
Plenty more to add to the list but just a snapshot lol
Could add magpie geese, crocs, fork tailed kites, fruit bats, even have a pic of an 11" python
from our "83 cape york trip, best trip ever highly recommend to do it,, lol

Seen a few fruit bats / flying foxes floating around here in Bundy and I remember there`s a few around Mill Stream WA too, if I remember rightly. Seen a few ding bats too whilst out and about. Or were they galahs.

Missing in Action
Out driving in a forest south of Gunnedah, NSW & came up on this young Koala walking along the track. Quite happy to sit there for a few photos.

While you were there did you drive along the coast in the national park and look at some of the bays?
We stopped at a few spots to go fishing and saw plenty of seals.
It is one of the many places I want to go back to.
