Hi there I have't posted for a while but this deserves one.
Each yea we do a big trip, last year Mungo N/P this year it was the Tanami & Gibb river, at this point alls well the girl was faultless.
In Broome we diverted the Cape Lavique Magic place then back to Broome.
Tragically we pick up some dodgy fuel as soon as we left the Shell in town the GU spewed black smoke, we limped to kunamurra progressively loosing power so of to a local mechanic for diagnosis ahhhhhhh,
Code 1084 I think, fuel pump fault.we are now in Kunnanurra waiting to fly home.

RACV have covered flights,accomadation, hire car and trucking cost for the GU and Camper,
If you dont have total care i recomend it total cost so far is $6000.00 repairs to come.
I willkeep all posted.

Guess whats going on next, The strange thig was no indication except the smoke!
repairs was $6000 in Kunannurra/ hourly rate $188 so if you see my patrol give her a wave
