Ive personal had there kit and was way way to small. Ive built my own kits using different configs and honestlt its not worth it. The money to build a kit good enough and the shear amperage it takes to make any usable amount negates any real benifit. Go and buy a water meth injection kit

Thanks for that .but i already bought the brutus kit so i will have to see how i go fitting it . I was going to add a large extra battery and solar panels and large alternator for extra power to be used for camping when not driving . ???

Def add the larger capacity Alternator for the win... it will help with huge elec load of generating the H and charging the Aux.

FWIW I agree with Johno... Not that i have tried HHO but I have had a couple of vehicles with water meth over the years and that may have been a better way to go.

Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

HHO may be fun to play with, but basically it uses more engine power to produce the hydrogen than it saves.

If you could come up with system that utilises the heat from your exhaust to produce the current needed to make the hydrogen, then it might be worthwhile.

I came across a fellow some years ago at Farina in the Flinders Ranges. He had an old ambulance which had all sorts of hydrogen generators attached to it, which produced hydrogen from the 12 volt supplied by the alternator which is of course driven by the engine. He had no solar panels connected to the system. He had all sorts of claims of incredible fuel savings and such. If his figures were correct I would want a share in his company – because if his engine burned hydrogen – which was originally produced by the same engine – and he got any sort of gain out of it (let alone any losses in the system) – he just invented perpetual motion! There must be some maths floating around to calculate the energy required to generate the hydrogen and the amount of kilowatts an engine will produce with this amount of hydrogen. I’m no scientist but I doubt you would get more energy out than you are putting in.
