    NGK and Bosch glow plugs

    What's your thoughts on NGK and Bosch glow plugs for a 2001 TD4.2T. (Black Top) Which brand or is there any better
    1st G60 Then MQ Now GU

    Bumped I used bosch in my 3 ltr no complaints
    04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

    Hope the Bosch are good as I am just going to do my 3ltr
    2005 GU IV ST 3.0. Snorkel. Roof rack. Awning. Spots. Welded I/C. Dual batteries & VSR. UHF. Barn door hinge extension. Roof top spot lights. Rear drawers. 2" lift. NADS. EGT and boost gauges. Trans temp and water temp gauges. Provent 200 catch can. Rear ladder

    I brought the metal tipped ones, 10min job starts on a dime these days

    A quick update to this post - I've just put them in and the improvement is remarkable. The old ones were eroded to half there original tip length and one in particular had no tip to speak of. I am now of the opinion "if in doubt, change them out."
    Got mine from Patrol A Part and price was pretty good compared to local. Only complaint was Australia Post again. One tracking note when PAP dispatched them and a second one telling me they were on board for delivery which was emailed to me by AP about an hour after they arrived. Still AP are good entertainment.

    Have had the NGK Glow Plugs in now for a week. All seems good, starts first go. Turned out the old ones were also NGK.
    1st G60 Then MQ Now GU
