Trying to Fit Domin8r winch to GQ ARB Bar

So I have just bought a Domin8r winch to bolt up to my trusty GQ using the ARB Steel Bar (winch Compatable), firstly after I pulled it out of the box I realised i was going to need an offset Hawse. Luckily enough I found one for $20 not to far away, so I try the winch in for a dummy fit and the holes are 10mm out due to the motor end of winch being a bit too long to fit in in.
Now I have scoured the internet and forums to search for fitment of winch to GQ ARB bar and do you think I can find anything? No, I didn't, surely some one has fitted a Domin8r winch to a GQ Steel bar? Anyone? I am just not wanting to grind off re-inforcing plates, weld in new section and drill new holes 10mm to passenger side.
Any help, hints or tips is really appreciated at the moment. I will grab a pick of Bull bar but for those that like pics

So it looks like I will be making up a 6mm steel plate, plugging the existing winch holes and drilling some new ones to suit. I will have a win with this truck one day.
