    tb42e miss at idle/loping

Hi guys, chasing some issues with the tb42e that ive had for a while and hoping someone can shed some light. The problem is it has a miss at idle and when you hold the revs steady at 2k for example it misses also, but I can never notice the miss when actually driving, so its not load related. Also if you were to pull up to an intersection it will idle relatively nice at 800, then drop down to 600-650 and start hunting/loping and the miss is worse.

The things I have done so far:

    Head cracktested + machined
    new head gasket
    new valve stem seals
    new inlet + plenum gasket
    Done tappets
Plugs are less than 1000km old
Dizzy cap less than 1000km old
Unsure of how old rotor button is, but doesnt have to much carbon build up on it
Unsure of how old leads are but have tried a spare set with no change
    Brand new vaccum hoses
Injectors have been tested and cleaned
    Have flushed/cleaned all fuel hoses
fuel filter less than 1000km old
fuel pump less than 1000km old
swapped fuel reg with a spare and no change
swapped coils with a spare with no change
swapped ignition modules with a spare with no change
Temp sensor (ecu one) less than 1000km old
Adjusted TPS to .3v at idle
o2 sensor less than 1000km old and shows .35v at idle

Ecu does not throw any codes, Car has plenty of power.
I have nissan data scan so can monitor almost everything via ecu. Seems like a vaccum leak but have checked all hoses, including brake/clutch booster, as I said all new inlet gaskets.

It has me stumped, running out of ideas hence why I am posting here hoping someone can shed some light.
Does anyone know what voltage MAF should be at idle? I have a haynes manual but cannot find it currently..

    cheers

All vaccuum hoses are almost new. I replaced them all when I did the efi conversion which was probably 6-8 months ago. Only vac hoses I havent replaced are the thick black ones for the clutch and brake booster and the ones that go to the air reg under the manifold
