Jeez mate thats good going. Would take me that long to figure out how to cook a packet mix cake! Very creative. Is this a hobby of yours or your "bread and butter"?

A little pile of white icing at the bottom near the 10 would be a nice touch - otherwise - brilliant!

Just something i started doing for my kids birthdays, only because the first cake the kids mum paid to have made, was costly and not very good, i said.... "i could do better than that"....and that's how it started (about 15 years ago), now i have a Cake Air Brush and a whole box of tools n stuff, i am self taught so still learning as i go
