2inch is good. Plus you really only need to change springs and shocks. 3inch and more then its adjustable front and rear panhards, adjustable drag link, offset radius arm bushes (yuk) or drop boxes. Then the rear control arms need to be changed.
So to do a bigger than 2inch lift right. The cost does blow out a lot.
A decent 2inch lift will work good. I'd either go an OME kit or something with flexi coils. Only becuase i run flexis now and love them.

You say that your going to use it as tourer and a daily driver. In that case I believe that 2" is good for what you need it to do.

    I went for this package.

Front and Rear Suspension Stuff 2" Ultra Flexy Coils, 4" tough dog foam cell Shocks, radius Offset Castor Bushes, extended brake hoses front and rear and brake bias bracket

Have a look here http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...build-up/page5 and there's some before and after shots on the next page I think or before, well it all there somewhere.

Hey jay see, the photos here - http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...l=1#post595478 - is that with your 2" lift and 33's on?

That's about the stance I'm after, what you have there.
