OMG, emails from site

Can someone please tell me if there is a setting to kill the flood of emails I keep getting every-time someone quotes me or PM's me. It is driving me nuts and find itself on my spam filter especially when they come form a foreign domain that isn't nissanpatrol.com.au

Dammit I want to turn it off for tappa... Too many notifications. It even notifies me that I posted in a thread. OMG Tapatalk, I know I posted in the thread because I posted in the thread!
