Ideas for members wanting a Custom Canopy or Tray

As some may be already aware I'm currently working for a steel fabrication company that mainly builds and fits custom canopies / trays for Utes and 4wd's and thought I would start posting photo's of some various projects in this thread for the POD / Tray members 2 give them ideas if they were looking at getting one built / modified.

Sorry this thread is not Patrol specific.

Yes, I like the 'covers' for the spares. Presumably you lay the tyres flat on them & then lift up the cover with the tyre on it when mounting the tyres?
The 'plate' at the top of the covers (when in upright position) looks like a handy spot for mounting some maxtrax.

Is the chassis extended on the Toyota? Looks like a lot of rear overhang with potential for a lot of weight behind the rear axle.

The undertray box built around the fuel filler is neat.

They come factory about 400 mm extended from memory.
You can see the fill pannel in the c pillar where the wheel usually sits..

    Some great setups there..
Imo those wheel drop downs look good..
But still a lot of work getting them up..
    But keep em coming..
    Cheers
