    Hi everyone!

    Not a Patrol owner, I drive its cousin, but still in the family. Came here mostly because of a thread referred to on the forum I usually inhabit, which refers to someone that once spent considerable time on our forum. Yes, I use this handle on that forum so there'll be some people here who'd know me.

    A little about me ... love touring, hate working, prefer the smell of diesel, have lots of fun tinkering with 12V and solar stuff. Have wired up a couple of things in the past that haven't exploded so I'm not in much demand by thrillseekers. Loving the quiet life!
    When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.
