This took me quite some to find . I used to play the drums alot and my my drum teacher at the time was an old Jazz dude and made me play this kind of stuff. Mostly live at his gigs where myself and another student would get thrown in the deep end and not know what we are playing until we're up on stage in front of a decent crowd. You had to step up and make it count. It was a bit nerve racking at times.
