First Patrol - ANYTHING/EVERYTHING....
G'day mob!
Jake here - 24 WEST AUS.
After a few years of yakka I've managed to put 20/25k aside for my first 4WD.
Grew up in country QLD (THE ISA) with fond memories of knocking about the top-end with my old man.
92 GQ when I was a wee fella.
Driven/owned just about everything but have always been dead-set on a Patrol.
Won't harp on but would appreciate any/all feedback you might have...
Spends: $20/25k
For: Sand/Coast on the regular - touring/bush during time off
Trans: Pref auto so the missus can get around it
Don't need all the fruit just yet - hoping to add/tweak things over the journey
Few that I've come across so far:

Welcome mate..
So $20-25000 will land you a nice crd zd30 or a very nice tb48?
Out of the cars you've picked I personally think that 08 zd30 with 92*** on the clock is the pick pending pictures..
Personally wouldn't bother with Di if you don't need to but 06-07 seem to be safe aswell..
That last tb48 imo is close to double it's worth..
$20 thou for an 03 tb48 with 125*** is crazy.. should be around $12-13000..
Enjoy the forum
