Thanks Darren, it looks good, but I'm envious of all the space you have across your firewall, mine is far more crowded mainly due to my extended coolant system. I would have to take hoses underneath the intercooler, over the top of the rocker cover & & in closer proximity to the turbo than I'd like. None of which is probably that good for a fluid which in part acts as a coolant for the pump.
I'm a bit envious of your spin on filter too. However the reason I went for the cheaper CAV type, at the cost of less convenience when it comes to changing filters , was a story recounted to me by a mate who picked up some dirty fuel at a remote outback community. He was clogging filters in his Oka at the rate of around 100kms per filter for 6 filters before the remaing fuel was eventually 'clean'. He obviously carried a good supply of filters with him, easier to do when they are $7 a pop, (& replaceable at any small town which has a grader or a tractor). Horses for courses.

My new filter housing arrived in the mail today & the bowl is glass, as is the spare I bought. Got it online from Wagga Tractors - excellent service.

I get my fuel filters from them as well.
Gotta agree, customer service is first rate

What filters are you referring to at that price?

The Donaldsons for my Brunny.
Just to be clear, I was replying to your post about Wagga Tractors confirming that I have had great service from them.
I also use a mob called WA Filters at almost exact same pricing and usually go with whoever has stock if the other Vendor is out.
The filters I need are an odd size as I think the Cocky who had my Brunny put them on as they are common to his tractors or trucks or whatever.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.
