Probably need more info mate. You say in your title no boost through gauge - you have a gauge? Maybe the gauge is broken. Did this just suddenly start? Do you have NADS fitted - if so might be a faulty valve or vacuum hose connection.

Yeah mate I have a gauge ,3" exhaust aftermarket intercooler all was running good but flushed coolant and then started to overheat ended up being the viscous fan stuffed so I changed that and water pump was all running perfect for two days then went to go for a 4b on Saturday night first hill it had no boost and engine light came on, changed all vacuum hoses except the two to the swirl actuator and and the throttle body actuator been told it could be the the maf sensor or the throttle position sensor , it idles when started at the first mark on the tacho if you slightly press the the accelerator it jumps up irractically and when you back off it sounds like it's lumpy .

RE check all your vacuum hoses, doesn't sound good.all hoses need to be attached
First Id be disconnecting the battery for a while, clean the Maf and replace when its dry,
Check the condition of your air filter as well, after you have done all this re connect the battery
    and see how you go.
What did it run like beforehand
I take it you have gauges fitted??

Yeah it ran perfect before! And I have a boost gauge fitted which was all working upto the point of it playing up,Replaced maf and throttle position sensor had roadside assist come out but there scan tool was a cheap one and wouldn't connect to obd it powered it but didn't link at my wits end have reset Ecuador by disconnecting batteries and will do a double check over all hoses

At what point was your gauge playing up ???
so new Maf and TPS fitted as well.
even a new Maf will fail even if its an OE one
I think you have split your intercooler
is it the original one if yes its oily and split

Youll need to remove the IC tape up one end with tape
do the same at the other endand use a bike pump to
pressurise it a little while dipped in water, bubbles will be
pouring out of it, dry it out completely before re fitting it.
I will need a tig welded replacement.

Intercooler is brand new no leaks the fault codes are showing -0702,0403,0905,1401,0703,0407 going to auto masters tomorrow to get a diagnosis done properly , hopefully not to bad as it only started to play up after fixing the water pump.the vnt screw has been adjusted too suit the 3" exhaust and intercooler which I fitted last week and tested all fine on that end a mechanic I was talking too said he had a similar thing on his own car took it there as he didn't have all the latest scan gear they reset the Ecu back to original state and this fixed it , FN fingers crossed as i have to fly out for a month tomorrow and would be good to know its ok before leaving !! Like most people on here it's " my baby" haha
