I am he, fear me
EDIT... comment deleted 'cause even replying to a thread about the shitty publications and ethics at EMG pisses me off
I'm going to my happy place....

Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Dex Fulton is the editor of the opposition magazine isnt he?
If seen plenty of Balfour track footage and what they did didnt seem out of the norm to me.
The only way to get through the bog holes of the Balfour is at high speed. Like every other video i have seen.

Last time they did Balfour track (a few years ago) it was water over the bonnet and don't go faster than the wake. Then had to winch across a flat lame bit of clay.

Track depth can change in a week, or from a few 4bys with massive rubber. Happens here all the time on local tracks here.

The trick in the Balfour area and most the west is that where the water sits there's usually a hard bottom. The black bog stuff is different ofcourse.
But yeah I haven't seen their footage

I only watched the vid last week. Yeah they hit it hard, only to try and get through it. The first two guys didn't make it. The third guy did and he was on 37's in a supercharged LS. I think this is just a case of a tree hugger not liking what they saw, and this other bloke thought he'd use this to put some shit on the opposition who make a far better vid.
Ive watched heaps of vids from these guys and i very much doubt it was their intention to just go out and rip up a track.
