Bit restricted in what you can do IMO it is after all only a 3ltr.
A decent chip is a must and those HPD maf sensor holders . Im about to
upgrade my intake piping to 76mm. Not convinced a CC IC would be beneficial
as in value for money or bang for your buck, 3" exhaust yes.
will follow with interest, a mate took out the inside of the STD MAF housing a touch
Yet to fit it, this will make fitting a boost gauge easy as http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/331773948...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
Bollux..
A few blokes up your way PMC have fully rebuilt their engines and running 30 ish psi lol..
Don't ask how much he spent on it though. .
I'm new to the zd30 family to so learning slowly..
Imo first thing with the di is nads.. take control of that motor..
And then a good intake clean out of all the soot build up. .
And then work on performance..
But where are the pics of this new 4by???

John i correct Kallen. You are pretty restricted on mods to get them going a lot better unlike a td42 where not much can give you big gains.
While there is many things you can do yes, you are limited by the ecu and pump.
I ran 25psi in my 3ltr with no issues, i found my motor responded well to high boost. Kept the egts down too.
Having said that my ol'grenade used to pull the camper with no trouble.
