Patrol 2016 - Aftermarket Head UNIT

    Hi Guys,

Does any of you know about an aftermarket Head unit that will fit the Patrol 2016? I have been searching in the market and guys like pioneer and kenwood are saying it is not possible to replace the existing head unit as its shallow and wont fit their head units? Has anyone been successful in this? I must say the vehicle is great by the factory fitted audio system is form the 90's. I am not even able to stream music on bluetooth.

I was having high hopes to fix and android auto supported head unit from Kenwood, unfortunately this is not fitting the Patrol it seems.

Any help will be really appreciated.

    Regards,
    Bonny

Don't you have to go in to the audio settings and select the paired phone as an audio device?

X 2 agree you'll need to scan and find the device then pair it

Has anyone replace their units with something 2016. I have sent am email to alpine, will wait for a response. I tried Kenwood and Pioneer no luck they dont have a unit which fits the patrol, I mean a patrol doesn't support changing the factory unit with one of theirs.

    Regards,
    B
