    ECUTalk and routing the Cable

    Hi All,

Seems pretty popular to have the gauge sitting in front of the steering wheel I am wondering where and how you have routed the cable down to the male socket by the fuse box. Show me your installs.

    Cheers

In this position you can still see all the glow lights and other warnings.

I've got mine velcroed just above the demisting vent on the dash under the pillar gauges, it's easy to read there and out of the way. I ran the cable under the pillar cover then on the inside of the dash where the door closes against it.
    Cheers

I just ran some cable yesterday from the dash down under the steering,
If you pull the A pillar door rubber off there is a cavity there to run some cable.
Neat as and you never see the cable
