OPENING Registration will be open from 0900 Friday 8th of April 2016
COST; $150.00 per vehicle. Price includes Camping and 4wd access to the property plus entertainment.
EVENT ENTRIES Show and Shine, (all categories) $5.00 per vehicle
Slow hill climb $5.00 per vehicle
Short circuit time trail $5.00 per vehicle
Water carry cause $5.00 per vehicle
Flex ramp shoot out $5.00 per vehicle
SHOW AND SHINE; Categories are:
1. Best in show
2. Best tourer
3. Best live axle
4. Best independent axle
5. Best camp display
6. Best club/group cap display
GYMKHANA EVENTS:
1. Slow hill climb, Individual event. Slowest vehicle to climb to the top from standing start. Must be one constant movement, the vehicle cannot stop forward momentum once started.
2. Short circuit time trail, driver and navigator, cause will have articulation and hill climbs. Fastest vehicle on cause wins.
3. Water carry obstacle cause; this is a team event driver and partner. Partner to carry a container of water whilst the driver negotiates an obstacle cause at the end of the cause the partner to pour water into container. Team with the most water in their container at the end of their run wins. Family/club group event.
4. Flex Ramp Shoot out; got a mate who says their truck flexes more than yours? Challenge him to a shoot out and prove once and for all REALLY has the FLEX!
FOR THE KIDS; (NO ENTRY FEES)
1. Tug of war; teams event, club/groups
2. Sack race, bit Of old school fun for the kids
3. 4wd pull for the teens team event club/groups time and distance event
WEEKEND ENTERTAINMENT: Australia’s favourite Sons Show casing INXS, ACDC, and COLD CHISEL. We all know the music and love it. Three shows in one night Saturday night, will ROCK!

What’s available on site?
• Basic BBQ meals will be on sale for all meals
• Soft drinks and water will be on sale
• Toilets and token operated showers
• A small general store with basic’s just up the road
• Plenty of 4wd tracks
IMPOTANT INFORMATION
• THERE IS NO EFTPOS ON SITE.
• THIS IS A DRUG FREE WEEKEND! If you are caught with drugs you will be asked to leave immediately. (there will be no refund)
• NO ALCOHOL FOR SALE ON SITE. You may BYO, but remember this is a family event.
• Access to the lookout, is via a one way track vehicles travelling on this track need to use UHF01 to make sure there is no one on the track when your heading up or down
• UHF17 is the general call up for the property
• All vehicles participating in the weekend events must be regested, and have full comprehensive insurance
• Australian standard helmets must be worn for the “slow hill climb” and the “short circuit time trail”
• All vehicles competing will be scrutinised. SAFETY FIRST AT ALL TIMES.
• All drivers and navigators must attend driver’s briefings before competing I events.

Just brilliant, obviously lots of work gone into this Adrian, and top marks for actually posting up front "all" the info and prices, looks like you have thought of everything


If i am in a situation to go ill try and get there, i think it will be important to keep reminding people they need a helmet if they wish to enter some driving events.
