Headlight turns on
Recently purchased a Nissan Safari 88. Guy I bought it off said it may have an earth leakage. The batteries would drain for no apparent reason if it had been sitting for a few days. Both batteries were getting weak CCAs so I had them replaced. Also had the auto electric guys in Melbourne ran tests to see if anything was drawing current when the car was off. Nothing... I know zero about electronics but once in a while I will see just the front passenger side headlight come on and stay on until I flick the headlight controls on then off. It happens only once in a while. Could moisture be causing this? Faulty wiring? Thanks in advance for any help.

Highly likely that it will be the headlight stalk switch.

X2 with Winnie.
Heaps of threads on here on how to pull down and clean the stalk switch.
I would strongly recommend inspecting the Head Light plugs for any sign of overheating
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
