Gear oil details: Rear differential and manual transmission for change. GQ Patrol
Is is okay to substitute SAE 80W 90 GL5 to replace the oil in the transmission?
Is it okay to substitute SAE 85 W 140 GL5 to replace the oil in my rear diff?
I cannot find the exact oils specified in the manual where I live. Can these gear oils work as substitutes?
Thanks for any suggestions and ideas you can share.

What diff do you, if lsd then you need to use lsd. If you use standard diff oil, the lsd will not work - the diff will still work though.
what transmission do you have auto or manual
