New to forum

Hi Guys, Im new here. Just purchased a Patrol GU 2010 with a bit of issues unfortunately. Good price though!
Looks to be a mines vehicle and looks to be submerged, interior has been replaced and I have fixed much of the wiring... Now is registered and on the road. Issue is the Auto box, it shifts with the shifter 1,2,D but no overdrive. Auto does shift in D but shift's up fast but doesnt shift down when you need it. I have a code U1000 I am trying to sort out, im assuming its coms between ECM and TCM. Will search forum for some assistance

try typing in overdrive sensor in the search bar and see if that helps you out a bit..
