That cunningham birdflower was sort of featured on the latest 4wd Action. One of the Aboriginal guides/elders taking Graham Cahill across Kimberleys, pointed the flower out to him.

Yep, we saw them up in the Kimberley, didn’t know they grew elsewhere too. Wikipedia calls it ‘Green Birdflower’ (as Tony did) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crotalaria_cunninghamii

@ Cuppa I think Les Hidden used those fluffy seeds to start a camp fire once ,
then used some very waxy nuts to help light his camp at night,
loved watching that guy
