    McKillops Bridge/Deddick Trail

    DEC 11-13

Yes, I know, I know. Xmas and all that. Some of us have to work xmas, so this is just a little quick trip before.

Leaving Rosedale, hopefully Friday lunchtime, early afternoon.

We are staying at Little river camp ground. Track to camp is 4x4 only.
Saturday will probably consist of fishing, detecting, maybe check out the waterfall and gorge in the area.
Sunday, we'll head out via Deddick trail.
From what I can work out, it's 49km of climbing up. Can take between 3 hours and half a day.
If your in the area, or can get in one more trip before xmas, you are welcome to tag along.
If not, you'll have to wait for the photos....

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    Awesome Katwoman,

This will be me in the new year ...... love it in there..

There are little or no passing opportunities on the last 15 klms into McKillops, so it can be tricky with a group if you come across someone coming the other way

Just a quick update for those heading that way.
Deddick Trail is still closed at the Mckillops bridge end due to a land slide in APRIL.. You have to go via Collings tk or Willis RD/ Reeds tk then, Bowens Tk onto Deddick.
(Have I got the track names right, Roofy ?)
