Gday mate, absolutely love this thread and your truck. I'll be keeping a close eye on this one for inspiration for my shorty too, go the shortys!!
I want to get a front bar setup like you have, just not to sure yet how much room I'll need for a winch since I'll be getting it made before I buy a winch.

you have some very impressive skills man, the whole package looks the goods.
Wondering if you wrote down measurements for that front bar at all? mainly for the whinch crade and chassy mount bit as im going to tackle this myself soon.

Sorry mate didnt take down any notes at the time.Im a sheety so it was easy for me to cut and fold the chanels and plate.I have seen on here somewhere a guy using RHS for the mounts which if thick enough would be a good option.I used 5mm plate for the mounts and 4mm plate on the sides so where the recovery hooks are is 9mm thick.
