Radiator Fluid
Hi guys, probably going to sound like a dumbass here, but I need to change the radiator fluid and was wondering how to do it. Doing a service and this is next on the list.
Shes a 92 Nissan Safari with a TD42.
Any recomendations on what coolant and what ratios to run? The average temperature in my area ranges from 7 degrees in winter to 25 degrees in summer.

I use 50% Nulon coolant mixed with Coles demineralised water.
Be sure to empty the block as well - plug at left rear of engine.

You can also get ready mixed coolant which is roughly same price as concentrate/de mineralised water as jff45 suggested. Red coolant is better quality in my opinion, more expensive though.
You'll need about 13 litres all up if you flush it properly, and make sure you get rid of any air locks before driving it around. Check out this write up to help you out.
