My post lift clunks were the rear bushes on the front trailing arms and the sway bar links being loose. Happy hunting, chasing down clunks, squeaks and rattles is a never ending and frustrating process!

Yeah it sounds like a movement correction type noise by the description. Ie. Springs moving in the seat (the Silicon spray you used could have caused this), a panard bush knackered, maybe even a sway bar link knackered. Radius arm bushes could cause this too.

Do you have any vibration under braking? (Wobbling steering wheel) can you hear any clunks etc when hitting a speed hump? You would hear your radius arm bushes here.
