    Turbo Identification

Hi all, can any one help me with my turbo. I no nothing about it and was wondering if anyone can help me with the general specs of it. On the turbine case there is a badge with Garrett RE 0119J printed in it. TL2/2 is also cast in the housing. The compressor housing has M33 A/R. 60 cast in it as well.
I have a stock standard TD42 (other than the turbo) silvertop and am wanting to raise the boost to 17psi. At this boost will I need to adjust fuel?
    Cheers, Dylan.
