MQ 4 speed trans clutch noise

Hello everybody, I am having a problem with my MQ. When the clutch is depressed I am getting a high pitched squealing that sounds like it may be the throwout bearing. Whether it is the throwout bearing or something else that you may recommend, I am needing part numbers for these items. I am in the U.S.A. and I can't look these up at the auto parts store but I do work at one and can do some cross referencing if I have some part numbers. Thanks in advance for any help.
