no way would I use it on any of my cars. If its not legal here in Australia then it should not even be able to be sold here IMO.

Back up again but text has been amended http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-FOLDA...3D111735319882

It would be legal on a reasonable percentage of vehicles... pretty stupid, goddam ugly but legal

Patrol wagon any load projecting less than 1.8 metres past the rear axle centreline is OK.

Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Cheaper than a rear bar for that big pesky spare and no more buggered back getting the wheel on/off the barn door.

... or put the Engel on it and say bye bye fridge slide plus get your rear cargo area back.

Indeed, add a Gas Bottle, a Cooker and a Jerry of water and you have a tailgate kitchen... hope the Manuf can keep the supply up to demand

Just a buggered barn door if there is anything on it. Or take the spare off every time you wanted to open the barn door. Or back it into a wall cos you forgot. I can see a million uses for this.
2005 GU IV ST 3.0. Snorkel. Roof rack. Awning. Spots. Welded I/C. Dual batteries & VSR. UHF. Barn door hinge extension. Roof top spot lights. Rear drawers. 2" lift. NADS. EGT and boost gauges. Trans temp and water temp gauges. Provent 200 catch can. Rear ladder

Hey, your right! Also works as a reversing sensor... I never thought of that.

Plus when its stowed it acts an anti-theft device as noone can open your barn doors and pinch stuff
